Job Overview:
We're looking for a creative and driven Multi-Channel Marketing Trainee to join our team and help us grow our brand presence across multiple platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the horticulture industry, showcasing our exceptional range of plug plants and liners while developing your marketing skills in a hands-on role.

Key Responsibilities:
Take the lead in organising and attending trade shows, including:
Booking arrangements, liaising with exhibitors and contractors.
Managing plant award entries and preparing promotional materials.
Capture high-quality product photography for marketing use.
Manage weekly social media updates across all platforms.
Design and produce our annual catalogue using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
Create advertisements for promotional activities using InDesign.
Oversee product label production, stock management, and ordering.
Respond to customer enquiries, image requests, and marketing-related queries.
Collaborate with the trials department on new plant introductions.
Assist with website content updates.
The ideal candidate will be prepared to handle the "seasonal" demand with peak periods during the year whilst working autonomously and as part of a team. For the right candidate this role can be driven forward as much as the individual wishes and has many opportunities to take on more responsibilities and growth within the role.
Desirables Required:
Experience in using Word Press
Experience in Design or Photo Shop
Experience in Copy Write
Interpersonal Skills required:
Strong administration and IT skills
To work accurately, with strong attention to detail
To enjoy working predominantly on your own, whilst having significant interaction with the team and help when as required.
Self-motivated and ambitious
Adopt confidentiality where required.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills and processes.
Tact and diplomacy
To be organised and able to multi-task, prioritising work by day, week and across the year.
Full time hours- Monday-Friday 39.25 hours a week, 4pm finish Fridays
Additional overtime may also be required during busy periods.
28 days annual leave to include bank holidays.
