Due to the Company's continued success, we are looking to expand the

Operations Team

in the Birmingham area and are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated

Multi Disciplined Engineer

Based in Birmingham



We are looking for a Multi Disciplined Engineer whose main strength is automatic doors, the role involves:

Installation, service and maintenance of manual and automatic doors, CCTV, access control and door entry.

Ensuring systems conform to the relevant BS standard.

Ensuring that the client is satisfied with the servicing prior to leaving site.

Accurate completion of documentation, timesheets and submission of job reports through the Company's service management system.

Always providing a premium service to customers.

Working to safe health and safety practices at all times.

Inclusion in the Company's out of hours callout rota.

Key Experience / qualifications:



Be able to demonstrate good knowledge of CCTV, Access Control and Door Entry systems.

Be able to demonstrate a good technical knowledge of Automatic Door systems and Barriers.

Working knowledge of BS EN 16005/BS 7036.

ADSA qualification would be an advantage.

Electrical and mechanical experience.

3 years' experience in installation or fault finding and repairing systems.

Full UK driving licence.

Qualities required:

Ability to operate effectively under pressure to rapidly changing circumstances.

Good communication skills with the ability to build successful working relationships with customers and colleagues.

Be well organised and have self-discipline.

Have the desire to learn and continually improve your knowledge.

Working hours:

Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm (Permanent)

Salary:

36,000 - 38,000 basic plus overtime and callout.
