Job Description

David Lowrie Fish Merchants are looking for a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver to join our team. This role is more than just driving: you'll play a key part in preparing customer orders each morning before heading out to deliver fresh seafood to our valued hospitality clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and prepare customer orders in the morning Safely load and unload seafood products Deliver orders promptly to restaurants, hotels, and catering businesses across the East Neuk and surrounding areas Provide excellent customer service on delivery, representing the business in a professional manner Keep delivery vehicle clean, tidy, and roadworthy Support stock rotation and general duties within the shop when required
Requirements:

Full, clean UK driving licence (essential) Good timekeeping and reliability Ability to handle early starts and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Physically fit - able to lift and move boxes of fresh produce Customer-focused, polite, and professional Previous experience in delivery, hospitality, or food handling is desirable, but full training will be given
