We're seeking experienced Self-Employed

Couriers

to join our Aberdeen team delivering in Arbroath on a

full-time, permanent basis

As a Courier, you'll play a key role in delivering multi-drop parcels for major clients while helping to build and shape our new team. This role offers rapid progression to supervisory positions for high-performing candidates, providing a clear career path within our growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently complete multi-drop parcel deliveries across Arbroath and surrounding areas Lead by example, maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service. Support the training and onboarding of new drivers as the team grows. Prepare for progression to a supervisory role, overseeing team performance and operations. Service the same postcodes/customers and businesses each day doing delivery and collections

170+ per day once fully trained

Permanent Role

: Full-time, stable position with a Monday-to-Friday working week, with Saturdays on a rota basis. During peak months (October to December) there are requirements for Saturday and Sunday working days

Training & Support

: Comprehensive onboarding, including health and safety, data protection, and client-specific training.

Requirements:

Apply for basic Scottish Disclosure, or provide a certificate dated within 3 months Full UK driving licence (held for at least 1 years, with 6 or fewer penalty points and no serious Endorsements). Proven experience as a multi-drop delivery driver, in contracts such as Evri/DPD/DHL/Amazon etc. Strong communication and organisation skills, with a desire to increase your deliveries and income Owner drivers welcome! Long wheelbase vans aged 5 years or less are compliant for use Vehicle can be supplied at a competitive rate, with no upfront costs Comfortable with Delivery devices and a smartphone for delivery apps and route planning. Right to work in the UK (verified per the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

, Saturday on a rota basis. Peak season requirements of weekend work until January Flexibility to meet operational needs, with advance notice for scheduling.
