A brand-new Multi Drop Delivery Driver vacancy has arisen in our fast-growing company. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team.

LOCATION:

Baldock Depot, North Hertfordshire

SALARY:

153.38 per day

CORE BENEFITS:

HOURS OF WORK:

Monday to Friday, 4.00am - 1.00pm (with flexibility), with occasional weekends (paid at overtime rate)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Are you an experienced Class 1 driver with a valid Driver Qualification Card? Are you a self-motivated, reliable, and customer focussed? Do you possess good knowledge of routes and road regulations, and can drive safely and efficiently, even under pressure? Can you handle tight delivery schedules and the ability to work independently as well as teamwork to meet deadlines?

You will be responsible for performing daily defect vehicle checks each day Loading the vehicle with garments, consumables, mats and roller towels using the handheld personal digital assistant (PDA) where appropriate Delivery and collection from customer sites Maintain the drivers Route Book and complete relevant paperwork necessary for the route Making sure that your vehicle is clean and tidy Good level of spoken English Physically capable for the manual handling requirements of the role
