Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Multi-Drop Delivery Driver to join our growing team at K&D Meats, a butcher and caterer based in Basildon, serving restaurants across Central and Greater London.

As a Multi-Drop Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products are delivered on time to our customers. The job starts at 6:00 AM, and you'll finish when all deliveries are complete. You'll be expected to manage multiple deliveries each day while maintaining excellent standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver goods to restaurants and caterers across Central and Greater London, ensuring products arrive on time and in perfect condition. Manage a variety of deliveries in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on timely and accurate drop-offs. Maintain and take care of your delivery vehicle, ensuring it's roadworthy and kept clean. Navigate using GPS or other tools to plan efficient routes and avoid delays. Communicate effectively with both the office team and customers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise. Handle any unexpected delivery issues or challenges, applying strong problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a delivery driver (multi-drop experience is a plus). Excellent navigational skills with a good knowledge of Central and Greater London. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Good vehicle maintenance skills and a proactive approach to vehicle care. Strong problem-solving skills to manage any delivery issues or challenges that arise. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively. A full, clean UK driving license. A flexible and proactive attitude to work.
