Company Background

North South Retail ltd (NSR) supply a wide range of premium brand food concepts and solutions to the foodservice markets throughout Ireland. The range includes artisan breads, thaw & serve bakery and retail products normally associated with a foodservice company. Due to a significant new sales and distribution partnership, NSR are looking to recruit a delivery driver to make deliveries primarily to retail stores. The role is based in Belfast and the delivery area includes, Dublin and Donegal as well as N. Ireland

Job Responsibilities

Delivering multi-temperature food products to retail and foodservice customers in Ireland

Driving range of company Mercedes sprinter vans.

Plan delivery route as efficiently as possible

To provide our customers with an exceptional service

Carry out daily vehicle checks using agreed check sheet and report any defects to the Warehouse Manager.

Ensure all notes, proof of delivery, and credit notes, end of day documentation is returned and signed on a daily basis

Following Company's health and safety procedures

Preferred Skills

Class B Licence

Minimum 12 months experience as a delivery driver.

Excellent customer service skills

Package

Salary 13-14 per hour depending on experience, normally 40 hr week with early morning starts, Monday - Friday, 28 days holiday, pension and uniform. Immediate start.
