We're seeking experienced Self-Employed

Own/Source their own large van

to join our Glasgow team on a

full-time, permanent basis

(this is not a seasonal/Christmas role).

As a Courier, you'll play a key role in delivering multi-drop parcels for major clients while helping to build and shape our new team. This role offers rapid progression to supervisory positions for high-performing candidates, providing a clear career path within our growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently complete multi-drop parcel deliveries across Glasgow and surrounding areas. Lead by example, maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service. Support the training and onboarding of new drivers as the team grows. Prepare for progression to a supervisory role, overseeing team performance and operations.

Permanent Role

: Full-time, stable position with a Monday-to-Friday working week, with Saturdays on a rota basis. During peak months (October to December) there are requirements for Saturday and Sunday working days on a rota basis

Training & Support

: Comprehensive onboarding, including health and safety, data protection, and client-specific training.

Requirements:

Own/Self Source a Large van

(Movano/Master/Jumbo/Sprinter/Relay/Boxer/Crafter)

Van aged under 6 Years

Have full insurance

for Hire and Reward for carriage of goods, Public Liability and Goods in Transit Proven experience as a multi-drop delivery driver, Lead driver or Manager in contracts such as Evri/DPD/DHL etc. Strong communication and leadership skills, with a desire to progress to a supervisory role and beyond UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years, with fewer than 6 penalty points and no serious Endorsements). Comfortable with Delivery devices or a smartphone for delivery apps and route planning. Right to work in the UK (verified per the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).

Schedule:

Monday to Friday off Peak

, 1 in 4 Saturday on a rota basis.

6 Day (Monday to Saturday) Peak working

Until 25/12/2025 Flexibility to meet operational needs, with advance notice for scheduling.
