We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional service. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle heavy lifting as part of your daily duties.

We are paying per stop delivery between 1.18 pounds and 1.24 . Depending the area where are you delivery. We are provide van and we will gone cover all cost regarding the van. Self employed position

Duties

Safely operate a delivery vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Load and unload goods, ensuring items are secured properly for transport. Deliver packages to designated locations in a timely manner, maintaining an efficient route. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery status and any potential delays. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any discrepancies. Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and stock replenishment.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred. Valid driving licence with a clean driving record; experience driving larger vehicles (e.g., vans or lorries) is advantageous. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 25 kg) as required during deliveries. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
