As a Delivery and Collection Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods to customers. You will be responsible for navigating a designated delivery route, making multiple stops to deliver packages, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires excellent driving skills, organisational abilities, and a strong commitment to meeting delivery deadlines.

We are looking for someone to deliver parcels with our partner UPS, start times are around 7/8 am every day Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle, such as a van or truck, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Plan and optimise delivery routes to ensure the most efficient use of time and resources. Load and unload packages from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and secure placement. Accurately verify and match delivery documents with packages to ensure correct order fulfillment. Effectively communicate and coordinate with the dispatch team to receive delivery instructions and updates. Provide exceptional customer service by delivering packages in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. Obtain recipient signatures and complete necessary paperwork for proof of delivery. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a courteous and efficient manner. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, reporting any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and protocols.
