Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Multi-Drop Delivery Driver to join the Commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient delivery and collection of goods to our valued customers across London. You'll play a vital part in ensuring every customer receives the highest level of service, representing our business with professionalism and care on every journey.

Your responsibilities as a Multi Drop Delivery Driver will be:

You will be required to arrive at the Perivale Warehouse each morning to collect the customer goods and load them into your vehicle You will ensure all customer deliveries are successfully made with the consideration of using the most efficient route throughout London Maintain accurate delivery records including time of delivery, signature and name Carry out supplier collections/customer returns ensuring all procedures are followed as per Commercial's Best Practice (CBP) Be aware of market/competitor activity and inform relevant department and/or manager Communicate any customer comments or complaints to your line manager Be accountable for your vehicle; ensuring it is roadworthy and that vehicle maintenance checks are completed on time. All faults, service issues and accidents must be reported immediately to the Fleet Supervisor.

About you

Previous experience within a Delivery Driver role will be necessary for this role As a Multi-Drop Delivery Driver, you will be required to hold a full UK Driving License An excellent knowledge of the roads throughout London would be desirable Prior experience within in a customer service environment would be advantageous, as you having a genuine care and passion for customer service is essential Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal You will have a positive and professional attitude towards your work and ensure you drive courteously and carefully at all times Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
