Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Drop Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering packages to multiple locations within a specified area, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Management:

Safely load, transport, and deliver packages to multiple locations within the designated delivery route. Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, adhering to the scheduled delivery times. Use navigation tools to follow efficient delivery routes.

Customer Service:

Provide friendly and professional customer service during each delivery. Collect necessary signatures or proof of delivery as required.

Documentation and Reporting:

Accurately complete delivery logs, mileage records, and any other required documentation. Report any delivery discrepancies, delays, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements:

Experience:

Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably in a multi-drop or similar role. Familiarity with the local area and delivery routes.

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple deliveries efficiently. Good communication and customer service skills.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry packages up to 25kg Physically fit and able to handle the demands of loading and unloading packages.

Licenses and Certifications:

Valid driver's license with no more than 6 point
