Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Multi-Drop Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent driving skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Duties

Operate delivery vehicles, including vans and lorries, in a safe and efficient manner. Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage during transit. Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to traffic regulations and company policies. Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and delivery confirmations. Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Assist with warehouse tasks as needed, including inventory management and organisation of stock.

Skills

Able to confidently drive a van with a MANUAL TRANSMISSION Proven experience as a Multi-Drop Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Strong driving skills with a valid driving license; experience with commercial driving is an advantage. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 25 KG) and manage the physical demands of the job. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Note -

You must be willing to undergo a CRB check as this will be required within the first month of working. You CANNOT have more than 6 points on your license. You MUST have the right to work in the UK.

MUST be able to work

Monday - Saturday

. MUST be able to drive a MANUAL van. MUST have previous multi-drop delivery experience You will be expected to deliver from 120 parcels per day as standard. You will receive full support and training to ensure you are able to meet your target. BONUES will be given to exceptional performers. Lastly, this is a SELF EMPLOYED role, the Company will not be responsible for your tax filings but can offer support via a qualified Accountant. This is NOT a ZERO HOUR contract.

Pay: 110.00-160.00 per day
