Overview

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Self Employed Multi Drop Driver to join our team. The successful candidate must have their

own van

and will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to handle heavy lifting as needed. If you have experience we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Safely drive a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload items, ensuring that all deliveries are handled with care. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues encountered during transit. Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road. Assist in warehouse duties as required, including inventory management and organisation of stock.

Skills

Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting and handle physically demanding tasks. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. Valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle being operated (e.g., van driver).
