Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver responsible for timely and safe multi-drop deliveries. Company van, fuel, insurance and training provided. This role requires excellent communication skills, ability to start early and working outdoor in all weather.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a delivery vehicle, ensuring adherence to all traffic regulations and company policies. Load and unload goods, performing heavy lifting when necessary. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any discrepancies. Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient loading processes and inventory management.

Experience

Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred. A valid driving licence is required. Experience with handling large items safely. Familiarity with warehouse operations is advantageous. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A good understanding of road safety regulations.
