Experienced multi-drop driver required for progressive courier company.

The ideal candidate would meet the following criteria;

Hold a Full UK Driving License with no more than 6pp and have experience driving Long Wheel based vans. Have a good knowledge of the UK road network Be of smart appearance and possess good Customer Service skills Be flexible regarding hours worked which vary daily Able to complete deliveries and paperwork with a high degree of accuracy can move items up to 90kg with the assistance of mechanical aids
From our base in Merseyside our drivers are required to deliver throughout the UK. Early morning starts are also required so the successful candidate would need to show that he/she had the means of getting to work out with the hours of public transport.

50 hours per week plus overtime. With overtime there is the potential to earn in excess of 30k p.a gross.

Summary

As a Multi Drop Delivery Driver, you will be essential in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, your role involves multi-drop driving while maintaining high standards of customer service. Core skills in driving and a valid driving license are fundamental, complemented by premium experience in delivery driving and commercial driving. Your relevant skills in warehouse operations, heavy lifting, and effective communication will enhance our delivery process and contribute to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Safely operate a delivery vehicle to complete multi-drop deliveries within designated routes. Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods while adhering to traffic regulations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards. Handle and lift packages, ensuring proper loading and unloading techniques are used. Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and management regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered.

Pay: 12.21-18.31 per hour
