Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver in and around London/M25 to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods to our customers. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as well as the ability to navigate various routes efficiently. The successful applicant will have a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a delivery vehicle, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies. Load and unload goods, performing heavy lifting as necessary. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times and any discrepancies. Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

Skills

Previous delivery driver experience is highly desirable within London. Valid driving licence with a clean driving record; experience with vehicles is advantageous. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and best practices. Strong driving skills with the ability to navigate various routes efficiently. Experience in a warehouse environment is beneficial. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for loading and unloading goods. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members. This is a self employed role.

110-120 per route completed. Monday - Friday or Part Time 2-3 days per week.

Start time 6am/6:30am - 12pm/1pm (additional hours may be available)

Starting Location - Reigate

Pay: 110.00-120.00 per day
