Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery and collection Driver to join our team in our Newbury depot this will be on a 50hr a week contract Tuesday to Saturday. As a Delivery and collection Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to our customers. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy driving and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customer locations.
- Start time is 6am.

- Load and unload products from the vehicle in a timely manner.
- Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork, such as delivery logs, are completed accurately.
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Perform Daily vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues or malfunctions.
- Assist with the daily sort.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or similar role
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with local roads and routes in the area
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Commercial driving experience is preferred but not required

-Must be over 25 years of age for insurance purposes.

Note: All positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour
