Rearo currently have an excellent opportunity for experienced 7.5 and 3.5 tonne van driver, who will also be involved in warehouse duties when deliveries are quiet, to join our team in Washington. So, if you are an experienced driver with a valid HGV license, looking for a new opportunity, then look no further, this could be the role for you! You'll have the opportunity to drive one of our vehicles from our base in Washington, to locations throughout England.

To apply for this role you will need the following:

A valid Drivers License, with entitlement to drive a 7.5 tonne vehicle, DIGI and CPC card with a maximum of 6 points and be over the age of 25 for insurance purposes

Previous multi drop experience is preferred but not essential as training will be given

Hardworking, positive and a flexible attitude to work, willing to work long shifts

No previous disqualifications DD, TT, DR, CD, IN

Ideally will have a current fork lift license to provide support if and when required

Proof of 'Right To Work' in the UK with no serious unspent criminal convictions

What you will do;

Organise deliveries and liaise with other staff members to achieve a high-quality delivery service.

Ensure the vehicle is loaded and unloaded safely and within the legislation (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods)

Complete delivery paperwork and logbooks

Carry out daily vehicle checks and report maintenance issues immediately.

Refuel and clean vehicle

Demonstrate a flexible approach by way of possible early starts and late finishes sometimes at short notice.

Maintain an organised warehouse, accept and check stock deliveries, pick orders, put drivers runs up, print delivery schedules, arrange delivery routes.

Salary: 12.44 per hour (an additional 1.41 per hour when driving 7.5T vehicle)
