About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused

Van Delivery Driver

to join our Transport team at Big K Products, Tottenham Hale. This role is vital in ensuring our goods are delivered safely, efficiently and on time while providing excellent service and representing the company positively to our customers.

You will be responsible for the delivery of company goods to restaurants and small shops, developing strong customer relationships and acting as a key ambassador for Big K Products.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out multi-drop deliveries to restaurants and small retail customers. Deliver charcoal and winter fuel products safely and efficiently. Operate as the sole driver for your assigned vehicle. Handle goods with individual pack weights of up to 20kg. Use handheld PDA devices to update delivery information in real time. Collect payments from customers as required. Maintain strong customer relationships and communicate any issues to the office promptly. Comply fully with all company policies, procedures and agreements. Adhere to Health & Safety standards at all times to minimise risk to yourself and others.

Main Challenges

Ensuring consistent compliance with Health & Safety procedures and contributing to the continuous improvement of standards. Adapting to a fast-paced business environment that is evolving and going through a period of change.

Essential Requirements

Valid full UK Driving Licence. Proven experience in multi-drop delivery driving. Strong customer communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual and highly organised. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
