Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods to various destinations. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to ensuring that all deliveries are completed promptly, while upholding the highest standards of customer service throughout the process.

Winter Flex (Working Patterns)

You have the flexibility to decide how long you want to work each day. Each day, you will receive a list of available work blocks to choose from. The rate for each block will vary based on mileage and the number of stops.

Responsibilities

Operate your own car to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including obtaining signatures and documenting any discrepancies. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Valid driver's licence Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently. Familiarity with local roads and routes is beneficial. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service.
