Multi-Drop Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) Driver

We are currently recruiting a Multi-Drop HGV Driver to join our team. As a Multi-Drop HGV Driver, you will be responsible for safely driving and delivering goods to multiple customers on time. If you possess a valid HGV driving license and have a passion for being a Multi-Drop HGV Driver, we look forward to having you on board!

Requirements:

- Possess a valid HGV driving license.

- Have excellent driving skills and safety awareness.

- Good time management and organizational abilities to ensure timely completion of multi-drop deliveries.

- Ability to read and understand delivery instructions and carry out operations accordingly.

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.

- Good physical health and stamina to handle loading and unloading of goods.

- Flexibility with working hours, including occasional weekend shifts. Minimum of 40 hours per week, with variable shift timings.

Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently drive the heavy goods vehicle, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to multiple customers.

- Perform pre-checks of the vehicle before each trip, ensuring its proper working condition, and report any issues or maintenance requirements.

- Adhere to traffic regulations, laws, and company policies during transportation.

- Plan multi-drop delivery routes as per instructions, ensuring on-time arrival at each customer's destination.

- Load and unload goods, ensuring secure placement and integrity of the cargo.

- Maintain accurate delivery records, including receipts, invoices, and driving logs.

- Provide excellent customer service, promptly addressing customer queries or concerns.

- Adhere to company-designated work and rest time schedules.
