Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
Safely operate a delivery vehicle, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations. Load and unload goods, performing heavy lifting as necessary. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability. Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation. Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues. Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions.
Experience
No previous experience as a delivery driver needed. A valid persons driver's licence is required Familiarity with warehouse operations is advantageous. Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily responsibilities.
