This is not work until Christmas, this is long term.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent driving skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Starting rate is 125 per day, with bonuses, with a view to moving to a stop rate, where the more you deliver, the more you earn. Van, insurance and fuel supplied. No van expenses, but the van cannot be taken home. This is a great opportunity to work for a great company on a long term basis. The work pattern is Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday work available.

Successful applicants will be subject to security vetting.

Safely operate a delivery vehicle, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies. Load and unload goods, performing heavy lifting as necessary. Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and functionality. Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Maintain accurate records of deliveries. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns during the delivery process. Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred. Valid driving licence with a clean driving record, up to 6 points; experience driving larger vehicles is an advantage. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and practices. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential. This position is Self Employed, paid training is provided.
