We are located north of Cardiff, in RCT between Pontypridd and Aberdare.

PAY

Everyone joins the same income structure below, you will receive the first-month pay you agreed to (your starting salary), thereafter your income will always increase by the inflation rate every month, this will be increased to the monthly figure below because of your performance. For example, your month 1 pay might be 26436/12 = 2,203 per month. If your work has improved your Leader might agree that you should receive the Month 2 pay which might be 27,976 or 2,331 per month - an increase of 128 for that month. If you have not improved then your income will still increase by the inflation-rate, if it is 3% a year, then your income will increase by 4 so it has the same buying power as the previous month. It could be that you are promoted or change to a new role paying more in which case your income could increase by several thousand pounds, perhaps many thousands, in one change.

Our approach ensures that your income is fair every day and it will encourage you always to do your best, or, perhaps, to devote your private time to refining a new idea or practice for discussion, in the certain knowledge that your effort will be recognised and rewarded rapidly. JOB DETAILS

Full-time;

The first shift begins at 6am

Eight hours weekdays as department efficiency requires;

Twenty days paid holiday; this is expected to increase as we prosper;

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our van drivers are amongst the best drivers in Wales. They are fast, but never illegal, they are always courteous and considerate of other drivers, and they always obey the Highway Code;

Most important, the working day is strictly limited to eight hours so that you can spend the rest of your day with your family;

Asap, full-time drivers will work weekdays only;

You will be encouraged to become a qualified Advanced Driver; this will reduce your insurance costs for your private motoring;

The best will be trained for high-speed driving at the nearest circuit and the very best will also be taught defensive-driving so that you can drive the high-speed cars used to transport our busy executives or perhaps become self-employed as a professional chauffeur, or become a Police high-speed driver.

If you are a professional driver, make no mistake, you will be joining an elite.

You will be able to transfer to other teams so you can earn promotions and higher incomes.

Training determines your income and progression and, if you have what it takes, we will pay your fees to obtain professional qualifications, a degree or a higher degree; this might be your chance to get to university.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivering products as fast as legal;

Route-planning using a route-finder;

Ensuring that you are will briefed about the weather and road conditions;

Cleaning your van's interior and exterior every Friday;

Accurate delivery receipts;

Returning on time so the van can be used for the net shift;

Ensuring that the van always has sufficient fuel for the next shift;

Driving and parking lawfully; you will be responsible for paying all driving fines;

Memorising all technical information and collecting data;

Being a perfectionist;

Accepting diversity, putting everyone else before yourself; we are team-players

Achieving Monthly Targets and KPIs;

Enjoying the promotions and rewards produced by your efforts.
