Due to continued growth, SEGA Amusements International is actively recruiting for a

Multi Site Field Engineer

who lives in the

Birmingham

to cover the Midlands and surrounding areas with a patch partner

.

This role is field based and a vital part of our business as it ensures that our coin operated machines are maintained to the highest standards and repaired quickly and efficiently as well as delivery of excellent customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities

Be responsible for the installation, maintenance, service and removal of the full range of Sega Amusements equipment Carry out basic network diagnostic work To complete preventative maintenance and PAT testing Refill merchandise on selected machines Ensure all products are working correctly so as to maximise income opportunities Comply with all Health & Safety requirement Liaise with Sega Total Solutions and Sega Prize regards spares, merchandise and redemption tickets

Required Keys and Experience

2+ years' experience servicing amusement arcade machines Hands on approach to installing and maintaining the full range of SEGA products Work effectively on your own initiative and possess a pleasant and confident manner Ability to carry out a significant amount of manual handling You will enjoy meeting people, be reliable, trustworthy and well-presented Ability to work a 40 hour week on a shift pattern that includes alternate weekends and public holidays Hold a current full driving licence and be able to work flexibly to cover other areas in high season
