We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our friendly & professional team to help the continued growth of the company.
The Bath Arms Hotel has recently opened a cafe & bakery opposite and will be launching a wine, cheese & charcuterie bar in February.
The role will be supporting the team across these and the Congresbury property and also help with the launch of the in house training academy/cooking school opening at Congresbury in the spring.
We have a very strong brigade and are uniquely positioned to deliver multi award winning food across all the venues so the supporting chef will need to be able to completely run any of the kitchens with the support of the Exec Chef.

In order to be a successful Sous Chef, you will;
Be involved in managing stock levels and GPs
Bring dishes to the ever-changing fresh seasonal menus
Be capable of leading a kitchen in a positive and inspirational way
Be competent in working across and coaching other chefs in all sections within the kitchen
Be competent in opening and closing the kitchen safely
Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food is always the highest quality
