The ideal candidate will have a vast experience and be highly skilled in all aspects of building.

This position requires the applicant to have their own van and tools for the purpose of this role.



Candidates will be expected to manage jobs including but not limited to planning ahead, organising materials, managing and motivating a team and organising external trades.

Candidates will be expected to carry out building works on various properties in a skilled and professional manner.

Candidates need to be trust worthy and highly motivated to work independently whilst showing a strong professional company image.

Candidates would need to have their own tools



Experience:
- Previous experience in general building is essential.
- Knowledge of various construction techniques and materials.
- Ability to operate tools and equipment used in construction.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Experience in specific areas such as electrics, plumbing, brick laying, plastering, carpentry etc will be considered for this role.

Pay will vary depending on performance, punctuality, knowledge, skill and ownership of tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 20.00-25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Monday to Friday

Poole BH15: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:

multi-skilled builder: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (required)
Work Location: In person
