South Wales & The WestCustomer Care Carpenter Role will involve:
all aspects of responsive and planned carpentry works; performance of inspections to identify & replace worn parts / defects; assessing & documenting the problem & summary of actions taken; carrying out all working activities in accordance with company health & safety systems & HSE legislation.
Skills & experience needed :-
NVQ level 3 in carpenter & joinery (minimum); CSCS Skilled Worker Card; strong background in 1st and 2nd fix carpentry & joinery (essential); experience in customer care experience in reactive maintenance and planned works projects; full clean UK driving licence (essential)

be punctual & reliable; keen to deliver a first class service to our customers; help us to achieve a high level of first-time fix carrying out quality repairs; be able to follow written and verbal instructions; be able to complete an enhanced DBS check.
