Multi-Skilled Carpenter
Join our Planned Team as a Multi-Skilled Carpenter with the kitchen installation team, delivering quality carpentry and multi-trade services to maintain and enhance our properties for safe comfortable homes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks including repairs, installations, and maintenance.
Work collaboratively with other trades to complete multi-skilled jobs efficiently.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with tenants and team members.
About You
You'll be a qualified and experienced carpenter with a broad skill set across multiple trades. You'll bring a proactive approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. A full driving license and the ability to work independently are essential. You should hold an NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry. An Asbestos Awareness Level 1 certification is desirable. Additionally, a City & Guilds Level 1 Multi-skilling accreditation or a willingness to work towards it is required.

This role requires you to be part of an out of hours rota, as this will be a requirement of the job.
