Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Trade Operative to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of tasks including joinery, basic plumbing, tiling, and plastering across commercial refurbishments.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied workload and takes pride in delivering high standards of workmanship.

Duties

Carry out a wide range of general maintenance and repair works. Complete first and second fix joinery tasks. Undertake basic plumbing repairs and installations. Perform tiling, plastering, and surface preparation to a professional finish. Assist with general labouring duties including site setup, clearance, and support to other trades. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors.

Qualifications/Experience

Desired- experience across multiple trades. Good understanding of site safety and working practices. Desirable-CSCS certified. We can offer this training to the preferred candidate. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Desirable - Own tools and transport. Potential company vehicle may be offered to the preferred candidate.
