Multi Skilled Engineer - Building Maintenance

We are seeking a reliable and practical Building Maintenance/Caretaker to support the upkeep and smooth operation of our facilities. This role involves routine maintenance, basic repairs, and ensuring a safe and clean environment for occupants.
Main Duties
---------------
Carry out basic planned and reactive maintenance tasks. Perform minor repairs to building fabric, fixtures, and fittings. Support simple mechanical tasks. Report faults and safety issues promptly. Ensure safe working practices and use of PPE. Provide good customer service to building users. Assist with contractor access and supervision when required.
Key Attributes

Basic understanding of building maintenance. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Flexible and proactive approach to tasks. Full UK driving licence.
Qualifications
------------------
City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering/HVAC/Plumbing/Maintenance or Equivalent
