About the Role

Due to the award of an exciting new hospitality contract, we are expanding our workforce and are looking to recruit skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operatives to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced tradesmen with strong plumbing and carpentry skills who take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship across a variety of sites for well-known, blue-chip clients.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out day-to-day maintenance works across occupied sites Complete plumbing repairs and installations Undertake carpentry works including repairs, installations, and general joinery Carry out routine inspections to ensure properties meet safety and maintenance standards Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and emergency callouts Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams Accurately log works via customer portals and follow job completion procedures Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working order Work in line with health and safety regulations at all times
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in plumbing and carpentry (qualifications beneficial but not essential) A skilled, reliable tradesperson with a strong work ethic Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Confident using customer portals and mobile systems Full UK driving licence
