Overview

We are seeking a multi skilled and dedicated Engineer to join our dynamic ambitious company alongside the production team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, with a focus on system maintenance design and development. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and innovative thinking to solve complex engineering challenges. The Engineer will work collaboratively with the Production teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet project requirements. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of maintenance on site and responsible for keeping all production machinery running smoothly Each day .

Duties

work on site maintaining packing machines bottle filling lines and cooking systems within the factory, Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions in system design. Utilise programming languages such as Python, C++, and Perl for firmware development and debugging. Create and interpret schematics for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with teams on projects involving surface mount technology (SMT) and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Perform signal processing tasks to enhance system performance. Engage in mechanical knowledge application for product development and testing. Document engineering processes, results, and modifications for future reference. repair and maintenance of all onsite machines.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, and MicroStation. Strong understanding of system design principles and electrical experience. Familiarity with ARM architecture and surface mount technology is advantageous. Experience with debugging techniques and tools for firmware applications. Knowledge of MATLAB and Simulink for simulation purposes is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct thorough root cause analysis. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate within teams. Pay: 24,420.00-52,000.00 per year
