Multi Skilled Handyman/woman
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Handy person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of void domestic property's. This position requires a versatile individual with a can do attitude .
- Joinery - Changing/repairing doors , changing /repairing locks , fitting bath panels, replacing worktops, fixing windows
- Carpeting - removal of existing carpets and Vinyl and replacing with new like for like
- Plumbing - able to fix small leaks, change taps , wastes, plugs etc . General small plumbing works ( this would be an significant advantage)
_ Painting - basic painting
- General repair and maintenance- Adhoc when required
_ Candidates only proficient in some of the above will also be considered
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Strong knowledge of general repair and maintenance techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and part of a team
Driving Licence Required.
Vehicle can be provided or Van and fuel allowance available for using own transportation
Job offers a good rate of pay and on going work .
Job is on a self employed basis with tax being paid at source.
