You will be responsible for carrying out both planned and response maintenance on various projects across the North & South of Ireland.
With the main duties being general repairs:
Repairing and maintaining doors, door frames, windows etc.
Light ground maintenance repairs (broken slabs, cracked concrete, lose tiles).
Signage & Gate repairs
Knowledge of building and construction.
Using a range of hand and power tools. (Own tools required)
Following all health and safety procedures.
Successful applicants will need to be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, ensuring repairs are carried out to a high standard.
You will need to have a valid driving licence as the role will require travel to various locations. You will need to have a NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent in joinery/carpentry.
Ipaf licence & B+E driving licence preferable but not essential.
You will receive employment on a permanent basis, with a competitive salary on offer. You will receive the use of a company van and a fuel card will be provided.
