Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Multi-Skilled Joiner

to support the manufacture, installation, and finishing of bespoke hospitality interiors. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong Multi Skilled and joinery experience with attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently on fast-paced fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out high-quality joinery work, including cutting, fitting, assembling, and finishing bespoke components Assist with full fit-out and installation of bars, counters, seating, wall panels, fixtures, and other custom-made items Read and follow technical drawings, measurements, and installation instructions Use power tools and hand tools safely and accurately Work on-site to support installation teams, ensuring all multi skilled and joinery elements are completed to specification Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues during installation Maintain a tidy and safe workspace in compliance with site safety standards Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet deadlines and uphold quality expectations

Qualifications & Skills

Full Clean UK Driving Licence Valid CSCS Card Proven experience as a multi-skilled joiner, ideally within fit-out or construction Strong ability to interpret drawings and work independently with minimal supervision Skilled in the use of woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship Good communication and teamwork skills Physical ability to undertake manual tasks and work on-site Understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements
