Position Summary:
We are looking for experienced Multi-Skilled Joiners to join our team due to increased workload. You will be responsible for refurbishing homes in the Merseyside and Manchester areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform joinery tasks Do tiling and patch plastering Handle basic plumbing work Install kitchens and bathrooms Work on vacant social housing properties (Voids) Carry out general property maintenance
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience as a Multi-Skilled Joiner or in a similar role Skilled in joinery Experience in tiling, patch plastering, basic plumbing, and installations is desirable Knowledge of social housing is a plus
