We have a position for a new team member to work collaboratively within our company, with strong communication and problem solving skills. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the capability to work with a variety of materials and tools. The role will play a crucial part in ensuring all our projects are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
Create and/or assemble wooden structures such as doors and windows when required.
Perform joinery tasks including cutting, shaping, and finishing wood materials.
Install roofing components and ensure proper alignment and fitting.
Work collaboratively within a team and with other tradespeople on-site.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and best practices.
Conduct repairs and maintenance on new and existing structures as required.
Use power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
Perform heavy lifting as necessary during installations or repairs.
Skills
Experience in using power tools relevant to joinery and carpentry.
Strong understanding of roofing techniques and materials.
Confident and experienced in painting and finishing final projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Professional, reliable and good with customers.
Full UK driving licence, own van and tools (essential)
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Electrical knowledge/expereice would be advantageous.
CSCS card (preferred)
NVQ Qualifications in related trades
