are recruiting a multi skilled joiner worker.

We are seeking a multi skilled worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery and maintenance works. You will need to be able to carry out refurbishments and maintenance work confidentially, be able to work in a team, good at communicating with colleagues, have experience in on-site joinery and a can-do attitude. You will ideally have at least 5 years' experience within the Construction Industry. This role requires proficiency in using both power and hand tools, as well as a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality finishes. To be successful candidates must be experienced, highly motivated, quality conscious. hardworking and reliable.

Due to the nature of some of our work with clients in secure environments including HMP establishments and schools, all personnel are required to undergo appropriate DBS and security clearance checks.

Clean driving licence.

Main Duties:

All joinery related tasks We have a variation of works and do have the need for multi-skilled trades. General handyman skill Measure and cutting materials to fit designated areas accurately Use power tools and hand tools effectively to complete installations. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation and make necessary adjustments. Liaising with contract/site managers on project progress Liaising with office staff about supplies & materials Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be / have:

Able to work as a team or individual Good people skills Enthusiastic Good attention to detail Flexible & willing to travel at short notice (if needed) Travelling and staying away from home (if needed) Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship. Full driving license essential Need to pass all security and enhanced DBS

Overtime available

Pay: 16.00 per hour - Pay negotiable depending on experience - Paid monthly

Must have own basic tools
