Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable

Hard Landscaper

to join our team on a self-employed basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in outdoor construction who is confident working independently or within a small team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality hard landscaping projects such as patio installations, setting levels, edging, and related groundwork, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out all aspects of hard landscaping, including site preparation, laying patios and paving, constructing edges, and setting levels accurately. Use both hand and power tools safely and effectively in line with health and safety regulations. Follow design plans and site layouts to complete installations to specification and high standards. Interpret design plans and work collaboratively with team members to deliver projects to a high standard.
Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in hard landscaping and outdoor construction. Strong ability to read and interpret landscaping plans and work to tight tolerances. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Skilled in operating a range of landscaping tools and equipment.

Monday to Friday Weekend availability

Hard landscaping: 2 years (preferred)
