Job Role & Key Responsibilities:
Support the maintenance, reliability, and performance of a highly automated production facility. Perform planned and reactive maintenance, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to a safety-first, efficiency-driven engineering culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure safe working practices and compliance with health & safety standards Conduct fault finding, root cause analysis, and condition-based monitoring Deliver planned maintenance and support reliability-centred improvements Lead or support continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency and energy savings Ensure compliance with quality and food safety regulations
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Recognised engineering qualification (e.g., Apprenticeship, HNC, BTEC) Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience Background in a manufacturing environment
Desirable Skills:
IOSH or NEBOSH certification. Familiarity with reliability-centred maintenance and automation systems Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
