Role Highlights

No weekends or bank holidays required 48,000 basic salary + shift allowances + monthly KPI bonus 3-shift rotation (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am) 5 weeks holiday Up to ca 54,000 p.a. Level 3 apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Cross-disciplinary skills in both electrical and mechanical systems Strong fault-finding abilities and continuous improvement mindset Health and safety consciousness Willingness to learn in our innovative manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

Perform routine mechanical maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair programmable logic controllers and electrical systems. Interpret schematics and technical drawings to guide maintenance tasks. Conduct welding operations as needed to support repairs. Supervise junior staff and provide leadership in maintenance activities. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
