Job Description
Are you an Electrical Engineer with healthcare experience? Are you looking for a role within an NHS trust? Do you live in the Berkshire Area ?
What you need?
\xc2\xb7 Electrical Qualifications - e.g. City & Guilds/ HNC
\xc2\xb7 Reactive and Planned maintenance experience
\xc2\xb7 Worked in an NHS Trust for 2 or more years
Key Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Provide electrical repair across the one site
\xc2\xb7 Manage PPMS
\xc2\xb7 Maintain lighting, BMS systems and Fuse Boards, light swtiches
Aswell as having an electrical bias you may be required to do the following;
- Domestic hot water systems
- Mechanical ventilation plant
- Chilled water systems
- Cold water mains systems both boosted and mains supply.
\xc2\xb7 This role is a temp 6-12 month contract.
\xc2\xb7 The salary for this role is \xc2\xa327.17 an hour.
\xc2\xb7 You have the choice whether to be paid PAYE or Umbrella.
\xc2\xb7 You will be reporting to the Estates Manager
