G Kell Services

are seeking a

multi skilled tradesperson

to join our team, attending responsive, repair, call outs to a variety of commercial and domestic clients, as well as pre planned maintenance / repairs / installs where required.

Skills required

Ability to tile and grout to a high standard

Good understanding of flooring and differing installations

Basic electrical (non qualified)

Strong plumbing background desirable

Basic carpentry, to include fitting new doors, door replacements etc

Patch plastering and painting

Basic understanding of drainage

General handy man skills

For the purpose of the role, strong problem solving skills are required with the ability to work independently in resolving a wide range of issues and carrying out the task of repairing said issues.

Ability to interact professionally with clients and time keeping is also essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: 180.00-220.00 per day
