As a Multi Skilled Shift Engineer at Sodexo, you will be the go-to person, the one with the answers to everyone\'s questions, and the one who knows how to keep the facilities operating smoothly. You\'ll be responsible for delivering a customer focussed cost effective and efficient Hard Services delivery on site, ensuring the safety of the network and cables to support the daily operations. Whilst carrying out activities within Shell Centre, London (working 1 campus comprising of two buildings) you won\'t have to worry about any two days being the same! . What you\'ll do:

  • To assist the M&E Shift Leader/Senior supervisor/Engineering manager in delivering a customer focussed cost effective and efficient Hard Services delivery
  • Deliver Multi Skilled engineering, Planned Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance and other engineering support as required in order to meet contractual and legal obligations.
  • A minimum of 5 years\' experience in a mechanical / electrical multi skilled engineer role within a large commercial complex
  • Provide fault diagnosis, repair & testing of all Electrical /Mechanical and Public health services, plant and equipment
  • Ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained or exceed on every task
  • Act as an Appointed Person or Competent Person in respective discipline as required
  • Comply with all Company and Client policies and procedures, and statutory regulations, including health and safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire, COSHH. This will include your awareness of any specific hazards in your workplace
\xe2\x80\x8bWhat you bring:
  • Fully qualified Electrician holding a City & Guilds/NVQ qualification to 18th Edition IET Regulations, or equivalent.
  • Conduct fault finding diagnostics on various mechanical (HVAC, Medical Gas, BMS) and repairs.
  • NVQ 3 or equivalent experience working with either HVAC, Heating, Medical Gas or BMS
  • C&G BTec or equivalent in mechanical engineering
  • Previous experience in CAFM and BMS systems would be beneficial
  • Experience repairing plant and equipment, as well as the ability to fault find, read drawings, diagnose, and repair equipment using your technical knowledge.
  • Ability to keep work pace and meet deadlines, along with good organisation skills
  • Great communication skills, strong teamwork, and a positive attitude
  • Capable of working as part of a team or unsupervised, and of remaining calm under pressure
  • Holding relevant recognised apprenticeship in relevant discipline with City & Guilds Craft Certificate/ ONC in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent

Package Description
  • 40 hours per week
  • \xc2\xa317.78 - \xc2\xa321.15 per hour
  • Day/Night pattern of 07:00-19:00 and 19:00 - 07:00
  • A minimum of 5 years\' experience in a Mechanical / Electrical multi skilled Engineer role within a large commercial complex
