MULTI SKILLED OPERATIVE

: Midlands (Coventry, Birmingham, Corby, Kettering, Rushden)

Salary

: 200.00 per day (Full time)

Well established Maintenance and Construction Company seeking experienced and exceptional MULTI SKILLED OPERATIVE to join our team.

You will have a certified core trade and complimenting this can deliver additional trade activities in support of completing works on time and to a high standard in accordance with agreed standard operating procedures.

The successful candidate will be able to work using their own initiative with a keen eye for detail, which our clients have come to expect from our company.

You will need to Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken e.g., completing daily work reports detailing work undertaken and materials used.

You will need to possess a flexible approach and be willing to go the extra mile to get works complete to a high standard and on time. With the flexibility to complete overtime when required.

What you will need to work for us:

At least 3 years' experience of paid work in multiple trades including: carpentry, joinery, tiling, plastering, painting, locksmithing and general handyman services. Kitchen and bathroom fitting & repair experience required. You need to possess your own tools.

Be reliable and well organized with a tidy appearance and have a 'can do' attitude.

Fluent in spoken and written English language with an ability to communicate effectively with our clients and staff.

This position is on a self-employed basis, so UTR & CSCS details required.

Candidates must have the entitlement to work within the UK.

Valid UK driving license.

Sound knowledge of and easy access to the Midlands area . We have sites throughout Coventry, Birmingham, Corby, Kettering, Rushden and the surrounding area.
