Job description

Reliable and conscientious operative required for work commencing immediately based in Wolverhampton. This role is multi trade works, working on social housing projects.

Working hours are 8am until 4pm - 180 per day.

Candidate necessary requirements

Must hold a valid CSCS Card.

Current asbestos awareness training.

Minimum 2 years previous experience -must be able to provide references from previous employers and/or contractors if required.

Valid ID/Passport.

Valid UK driving licence.

Own vehicle/transport necessary.

General duties include

Plastering

Tiling

Carpentry

General redecoration works

Working as part of a team to ensure trades can work efficiently and that the job in hand is able to complete and handed over accordingly.
