As our business continues to flourish, we are looking for someone to play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth, efficient daily functions.
We're looking for a versatile and skilled operator to support both scheduled and reactive maintenance across a wide variety of projects. Ideal candidates will have experience in at least two trades--such as plastering, painting and decorating, plumbing, tiling, or electrical work. This role offers a great opportunity to apply your broad skill set and help deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients.
What We're Looking For:
You'll bring a solid track record of experience and qualifications, with a willingness to pursue further training where applicable. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service, and a proactive attitude are key to success in this role. You'll take pride in your work and ensure a high-quality finish every time.
We're also looking for someone who can demonstrate:
A high standard of work and finish within the required core trades.
A broad range of multi-trade skills and experience, enabling you to complete repairs efficiently on the first visit (first-time fix).
Experience in working within customer-focused environments and delivering tasks within allocated time frames.
The ability to work methodically, follow procedures, and accurately record data using a mobile app.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities, knowing when to seek advice as needed.
The capability to perform physical tasks and lift weights safely, in line with Health and Safety guidelines.
A commitment to operating safely, considering environmental factors and potential risks.
Role Requirements:
Proven experience and/or qualifications in at least two core trades (copies of qualifications to be provided).
A full, UK driving license.
Experience using PDA/mobile apps to record daily timesheets, track job progress, and manage purchase orders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
