Multi Skilled Operative
Job Description
The role involves assisting with the development of 8 no large Grade 2 listed properties in Chester including plumbing/ joinery/ electrical/ etc. Small amount of work maintaining various rental properties in Salford, Wigan and Leigh also .
Applicants must have own transport/ tools/ experience in construction. Cscs card preferred but not essential to start but must obtain if you start.

Pay: 130.00-170.00 per day
